St. John’s Wort Oil
Pint Mason Jar
Enough St. John’s wort to fill jar leaving 3 inches of space at the top
Oil of your choice (Sunflower, Safflower, Jojoba, MCT oil will offer the longest shelf life)
Directions: Fill jar with St. John’s Wort leaving 3 inches of space at the top. Fill and cover 2 inches above St. John’s Wort with oil. Cover jar and tighten lid. Label the jar with the date and allow to sit for 2-4 weeks. Can leave in a sunny window to infuse light and shake oil every few days.

Pinch of cinnamon

My Light and Strength Tea or Bath
2TB St. John’s wort, 1 TB Calendula flowers, 1 TB Oat Straw, 1 TB Lemon Balm. Tea recipe: Boil 5 cups of water. Add herbs. Steep covered for 15 min. Strain herbs. Add lemon and honey and enjoy as you set your intentions. Bath directions: Double recipe and pour boiling water over herbs and cover with lid. Allow to sit for 4 hours. Strain herbs and pour into bath water after your tub is full. Enjoy!

1 1/2 Cup Spinach, 1/3 cup Lemon Balm Leaves, 3 cloves of garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, ¼ olive oil, 1/3 cup pine nuts, ¼ tsp salt. Place all ingredients in food processor. Add olive oil to desired texture. Enjoy!

What you'll need: Mason jar with a screw top lid. Motherwort dry or fresh. Pack mason jar loosely with Motherwort (If using fresh Motherwort allow to wilt for 2 days on counter before making oil).
