Basil Pesto:

1 Cup Basil
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ Cup pine nuts
5 cloves of garlic
Add olive oil to desired consistency
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
-can be made vegan by substituting Parmesan with walnuts, lemon juice and salt
