Monthly Personal Training Subscription

At home distance and virtual program custom designed to fit your needs, goals and lifestyle. I will provide you with custom made monthly workouts that will go week by week to keep you motivated and having fun. Once a month you get a 60-minute virtual training of your choice and a weekly check in to go over progress and changes you would like to make including recommended herb and supplements to maximize your results

No equipment is needed but I can create a list of equipment if needed depending on your goals.

Choose and create your own program: Yoga, Body Resistance, Body/Booty Bands, Weight Training, Cardio-Vascular Training. Can incorporate any combination of options.

Include a meal plan for your monthly training by adding the Body Transformation Meal plan to your check out and we can add food to your program along with your weekly check-ins so you achieve your goals and stay focused!

This class blends cardio segments (made simple and east to follow), with athletic drills, resistance bands and dumbbells. This class brings a total body work out to condition the whole body to make you sweat! Every class incorporates cardio, resistance training with weights and bands along with a core blast to tone the whole body and boost the metabolism!

Kick Practice

This class blends cardio kickboxing (punch kick combinations), with athletic drills and body conditioning. This kickboxing class brings a serious knock-out workout! Every class incorporates steady cardiovascular training, HIIT cardio and body conditioning to boost the metabolism for a total body workout!

Dance Cardio is a full-body workout that targets every muscle group. Moving in a large range of motion targets small and large muscle groups.

The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability.

Class will also target: chicken wing shoulder blades, flat feet, and poor core mechanics leading to hip and low back pain.

Asanas

Traditional Kaula Yoga Meditation is unlike modern yoga, which is typically about idyllic positions, external measures or concentrated focus. This system is about letting go of the distracted mind, and sinking into your complete whole intelligent super-conscious self. Through gentle culturing of the doshas, prana harmonizes and balances all aspects of life. 

 

I learned this system while teaching and studying at a Kali Ashram for 7 years in India. It is a daily life integration and ritual that has helped me optimize my spirit. Patience in practice allows for all possibilities. I look forward to sharing this gift with you.
