Our Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna are available for use during your entire booking from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. We offer Yoga and Fitness classes as well as guided meditation and massage. You can also enjoy group or individual tarot readings and astrology readings and an organic catered lunch. Below you will find our list of class options and amenities. I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday this year with a group of girlfriends at Trinity Wellness Retreat Center in Willow Creek. It was magical and wonderful!
We had our own apartment to store our belongings and change in which included a private patio and hammock. Our day began with a tour of Marianna’s beautiful property and gardens, followed by a kick boxing class under the kiwi vine arbor to a customized music track. We enjoyed the salt water pool, sauna and enzyme hot tub and were spoiled with healthy, delicious food that we all swooned over. I was invited to customize the offerings and chose the kick boxing class, yoga, an astrological reading, moon phase update and personal tarot card readings.
Marianna’s property is truly enchanting! We were surrounded by the smell and sounds of nature and spent the day looking up at the majestic mountain range. The property, amenities, offerings, food and hosting was outstanding and everything was lovely and spotless. I would highly recommend Trinity Wellness Retreat Center and will be planning my next visit there soon.

Strength Core HIIT Cardio
This class blends cardio segments (made simple and east to follow), with athletic drills, resistance bands and dumbbells. This class brings a total body work out to condition the whole body to make you sweat! Every class incorporates cardio, resistance training with weights and bands along with a core blast to tone the whole body and boost the metabolism!
Kickboxing and Strength Core HIIT Cardio
A blend of Kickboxing and Strength Core HIIT Cardio
This class blends cardio kickboxing (punch kick combinations), with athletic drills and body conditioning. This kickboxing class brings a serious knock-out workout! Every class incorporates steady cardiovascular training, HIIT cardio and body conditioning to boost the metabolism for a total body workout!
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability.
Root to Rise Flow Yoga
This class is designed for all levels of yogis to join. This class will bring breath work and asana poses to increase your strength and flexibility that will help you flow and freely explore your body. This class is designed for all levels with modifications and assistance offered for everyone to create a unique yoga practice for themselves.
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also know as “yogic sleep”.
This practice draws you inward allowing the body to completely relax as we are consciously awake. We learn to be between the states of sleep and wakefulness. From here we can be restored and awakened to our deepest knowing of ourselves.
A slower paced style of yoga incorporating principles of Chinese medicine to help clear our physical bodies of any blockages. Poses are held longer as we move slower through each pose to allow our deep connective tissue to activate and change.
SoulFlow is a combination of classic hatha and fluid Vinyassa flow styles of yoga. With a focus on alignment for your body's optimal safety and a deep emphasis on breath work, connecting our body, mind and spirit together through this journey of movement meditation and visualization.
Restorative Yoga and Heart Meditation
Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is about slowing down, down regulating the nervous system to leave you feeling replenished, open, restored and relaxed. This class uses meditation to help you connect with yourself and uses gentle asana poses to create full relaxation of mind, body and spirit. This restorative yoga class is designed to be on the floor allowing the body to release with the assistance of props to support and help you to open using gentle stretching.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
