1 TB Echinacea Leaf
1 TB Lemon Balm
1 TB Elderberry
1/8 TB Cinnamon Chips
1/8 TB Cardamom Pods
Pinch of Stevia (Optional)
4 Cups of Water to a Boil
Remove from heat. Add herbs. Steep for 25 min. and Enjoy!
