My Light and Strength Tea or Bath

2TB St. John’s wort

1 TB Calendula flowers

1 TB Oat Straw

1 TB Lemon Balm

Tea recipe: Boil 5 cups of water. Add herbs. Steep covered for 15 min. Strain herbs. Add lemon and honey and enjoy as you set your intentions.

Bath directions: Double recipe and pour boiling water over herbs and cover with lid. Allow to sit for 4 hours. Strain herbs and pour into bath water after your tub is full. Enjoy!
