Muscle Rub Vinegar

¼ cup Mugwort
¼ cup Rosemary
¼ cup ginger
2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Place all ingredients in jar and allow to sit for 2 weeks.
Strain herbs after 2 weeks and place in spray bottle.
Spray muscles and joints when inflamed or overly exhausted.
Great simple remedy to have on hand!
