Rosemary is a common spice that is said to help with indigestion. It is said to have similar compounds to aspirin and has been used in much the same way to help with headaches. It is thought to be high in calcium, which can be helpful in calming the nervous system, decreasing inflammation and can assist with arthritic complaints.
