Add to tea ball and steep in Bath Tub before entering and set intention of love of yourself.
Bring 5 Cups of Water to a boil, remove from heat, add herbs and cover to steep for 15 minutes. Strain and add to Bath Tub! Or simply put herbs into a large tea ball or cheese cloth and hang on faucet as tub fills then allow to steep in bath before entering.
