Bilberry

A culinary favorite, often used in cooking. It adds flavor and is said to help with digestion and flatulence. Oil infused with bay leaves, or the essential oil, has been used to alleviate some of the pain from rheumatic joints, sprains, and bruises. Basil is thought to be antibacterial, antispasmodic, and antiviral. It seems to also help calm the nerves, and break fevers.
