4 TB Sage leaves
8 TB Lavender
Honey
Pint Jar
Grind or crumble herbs, fill jar and pour honey over them. Fill the jar completely and poke herbs to allow honey to soak in. Allow to sit for one month, no need to strain. Enjoy in tea, on toast or simply by the spoonful!
