Iced Cacao with watermelon and basil

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Kokoleka Cacao 

  • 1 cup Oat milk

  • 3 cups Watermelon

  • 3 tbsp Basil (15 medium sized leaves)

  • 1 tbsp Honey (or other sweetener of choice, such as dates, agave syrup, etc.)

  • 1 cup Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Heat and prepare the oat milk and Cacao. Allow this to cool.

  2. Cut the watermelon into small chunks. If you wish, you can also cut and put aside a triangular piece to decorate your glass/cup.

  3. Measure the basil leaves. Again, if you wish, you can choose a nice sprig and put aside to decorate your glass/cup.

  4. When your Cacao has cooled, add Cacao, watermelon, basil leaves and honey into a blender and mix well. 

  5. Put ice in a cocktail shaker and pour the mixture on top. Shake well.

  6. Serve into a glass/cup. Put in a straw and decorate with the watermelon piece and basil sprig that you put aside earlier. Enjoy!
