Chlorella is a green, nutrient powerhouse. It has one of the highest amounts of protein to weight ratios. Chlorella is thought to have more magnesium and zinc than spirulina. It is also thought to have iodine, vitamin D3, and B vitamins, making it a great addition to a vegan’s diet, if they feel deficient in those areas.
