1 TB Elder flowers
1 TB Roses
1 TB Hibiscus flower
1 TB spearmint
1 TB California Poppy
Boil 5 cups of water. Add herbs. Steep covered for 15 min. Strain herbs. Add lemon and honey and enjoy as you set your intentions!
