Neutral, and sweet. Nutritive. 
We offer these seeds for sprouting (check out our sprouting screens as well). The sprouts have a more delicate and sweet flavor than the grown plant while providing some nutrition. Sprouts also add some crunchy texture to salads and sandwiches. Red clover sprouts are thought to provide vitamin c and folate, and even in the sprout form they are said to have some of the medicinal properties of the adult plant form.
