You can use dill to top salads, fish, meats, and bean dishes to add a pleasant, green, herby flavor. It has also been used to help with indigestion and colic in children. It is said to have antispasmodic qualities that can be particularly useful insomnia that is also caused by indigestion. Dill has been used to help mothers increase milk production.
