Jar with lid
1 cup of Epsom salts (or any combination of salts you enjoy)
¾ cups Chamomile Flowers
*can add a few drops of essential oil that you love
½ cups of Sunflower or Safflower oil
Place all ingredients in jar and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Seal the lid and place in shower for use. Enjoy!
